On a rainy autumn day, Nina Fay stumbles upon the music program Ableton Live. What follows is an intense creative journey—she locks herself away in her room, writing and producing songs. No one sees or hears from her for months. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, she releases the track "Only We Know." She is immediately booked for SPOT Festival, and the song is spotlighted by Urørt (NO), who calls it “Already a personal favorite in 2023. Nina’s song "I don’t wanna grow up" is featured in the hit Norwegian TV series "Norsk-ish," further cementing her place in the spotlight. Tidal names her one of their favorite emerging artists, and she tops the "Best of Tidal Rising" playlist, securing the number one spot while gracing its cover.
Since then, Nina has collaborated with techno legends Bendik Baksaas and Aasthma (Casey MQ, Silvana Imam), releasing an exciting new track together. Her growing accolades include winning the prestigious Norwegian prize Sparebanken Sør Musikkpris, with her new song "People Pleaser" featured in NME Magazine.
Nina Fay, is a true multi-talent: she composes, writes, sings, crafts lyrics, handles production, and controls every detail of her work. Inspired by visionaries such as FKA Twigs, Grimes, SOPHIE, and Caroline Polachek her debut EP is set to launch in early 2025.
